Summer 2023 Dates & Deadlines

Summer registration begins May 4th

Book vouchers are available by May 26th

Summer term starts Monday June 26th (EOU will be observing Juneteenth Monday June 20th)

Financial Aid Release to EOU Student Accounts July 3rd

Grades are due in Registrar’s Office by NOON Monday Sept 11th

Official grades will be available Tuesday Sept 12th at noon

10 week online summer courses June 26th – September 1st

The last day to add a summer class in Mountie Hub is June 30th

Drop refund schedule;

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday June 30th get 100% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 7th get 85% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 14th get 50% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday July 21st get 25% tuition refund

Friday July 21st is the last day for ‘changing grading mode’ (graded to pass/fail)

Finals week is September 5th – September 8th (No finals Monday September 4th – Labor Day Holiday)

Summer Term Ends September 8th

MAT summer courses

EOU regular MAT 6 week courses ~ August 7th – September 15th

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Monday August 14th to get 100% tuition refund

EOU Springs Charter MAT 6 week courses ~ July 24th – September 1st

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Monday July 31st to get 100% tuition refund
